About Sarah Craft, LMFT
A Collaborative, Practical Approach to Meaningful Change
Hi, I’m Sarah Craft, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Anxiety and Depression.
I’ve been in practice for 15 years, helping adults and couples find relief from anxiety, depression, psychological overwhelm, negative thought patterns, and grief that can feel discouraging or difficult to move through.
I deeply believe in the human capacity for resilience, healing, and change. Through both personal experience and my work with clients, I’ve witnessed how painful it can be to feel overwhelmed or uncertain about the path forward. When matched with the right therapist, the process can be transformative, offering steady, thoughtful support along with practical tools that encourage incremental steps toward meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I trained at the Beck Institute for CBT and completed additional training in Grief, Anxiety, and Depression through the ACT model, which helps clients process loss while remaining connected to what matters most.
If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, I understand. My goal is to make therapy feel safe, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity; a space where small, consistent steps lead to lasting growth. My style is practical, compassionate, and goal-oriented. Together, we will identify weekly goals that align with your values and long-term vision for your life.
I blend structured, skills-based work with process-oriented therapy so you can build tools that support sustainable progress. If you decide to work with me, I’ll be with you every step of the way. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see whether we are a good fit. I would be honored to support your journey toward meaningful, lasting change.
